I purchased a ARIES P3069 Pro Series Black Steel Grille Guard on the JB Power Center website. I had it shipped to JB Power Centre West location. I got great deal on the purchase and it arrived a little earlier then expected. I spoke to the staff at the West location if it was alright to have it remain at their location until I could get my truck in to have it installed - no problems there. Installation went quickly and a little cheaper than I thought it would be. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Super friendly and helpful.
Very disappointed... booked a appointment for 1 pm to have mud flaps installed sat around for 2 5 hrs for them to ask me come back in the morning 2 hr drive from my place to their shop not impressed at all wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating
Please be aware of items advertise on their website are not as exactly what they sell. I purchased a Putco 240007 Plug and Play Load Resistor. On their website they advertise the item with a black plastic housing where you do not have to drill into your vehicle. But they sent me items that are meant to drill in to your vehicle. When I contacted customer service they told me I should’ve checked the manufacturer website for the most accurate product information. No help whatsoever.
