I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was so disappointing that I feel others should be aware. On July 3, 2026, I purchased an Apple CarPlay stereo and prepaid for all of the required parts. I was told the parts would arrive in 3–5 business days. When I hadn't heard anything, I called on July 9 to follow up. The salesperson said she would look into it and called me back on July 10 to inform me that my parts had never been ordered. This was my first visit to this store to buy LED head light for my Toyota RAV 4. The sales person named Leo was very helpful and respectful. It's so hard in Canada to find a person like Leo.
