Tried to return brand new item, still in box and was refused. Some bs reason there was no code in the computer.
Phoned them about a dress up kit for my sb 360 , and they ha fit ready at the front by the time I got there, looks real good on the truck
Had a bad product - not their fault - I did have to produce a receipt which is reasonable, and got the manufacturer to replace it under warranty. Got it shipped to JB's and I can say that Gary the manager, and Perry a technician sorted it out. Fitted under warranty with no issues & no cost. Quick efficient service. Happy customer. Good going guys!
I really don't know why this place is around!! They are not willing to do anything 😂😂...do not waste your time with them!!
