Just had my first spray with JB’s Pest Control and they truly exceeded my expectations! This family-owned and operated business delivers A+ customer service—friendly, professional, and attentive both over the phone and in person. I spoke with JB yesterday, who was not only knowledgeable but also great at communicating and letting me know exactly when they’d arrive. Oh. My. Gosh. Absolutely amazing!! I have been fighting the ants in the back yard for months and months. I have tried everything from Home Depot. Bait, poison, spray, granules. I even tried, literal, lighter fluid, and those SOB’s never went away. I think they just ate the granules for lunch and got even stronger!!! JB’s came out and the ants were gone in about 30 minutes and have not come back!!! Thank you so so much!!!!
Their pricing was competitive and fair. Morgan kept us informed of their upcoming visits and reviewed their results and findings after each visit. They also listened to our concerns and made suggestions to help resolve any issues we might have had. Thanks.
