Do NOT trust this contractor. I hired him for a small job initially, and while the work was passable, things went downhill fast on the second project. I paid him $725 to install a cage around an outdoor HVAC unit. He gave me excuses for three days about delays, then suddenly claimed the job was done — and sent a photo of an entirely different HVAC system at a completely different house.
