The General Manager of this location is seriously a allstar when it comes to customer service. He came out to Menasha here, and turned our sabre lanes from disrespectful staff to the most polite and informed employees for an establishment I've ever seen. I'm just a local from Menasha, I dont make many reviews, but Collins passion for customer satisfaction is the best I've ever seen in person or any store for that matter. The customer service was rude me n my sister spent a 100 dollars there n they told us we can't eat the food we just paid for at 9:30 we didn't even finish our games the manager was really racist n rude
