i waited 2 hours for my partner to be seen for his appointment. Dr Franklin forces you to come in for prescription renewal instead of sending a fax to pharmacy. 2 minute appointment turns into 2 hours. unacceptable.
Dr. Sabetti had been my doctor since I was a tween. I constantly found myself in her office with issues of a severely painful and unmanageable period. I told her I highly suspected I had endometriosis and was constantly shut down and told “the pain is normal”. Under her care, I was subjected to a constant loop of routine bloodwork, dead end ultrasounds and birth control prescriptions I did not want—still with no diagnosis. The rudest receptionist ever!
I have been a patient of Dr Franklin's for a very, very long time. He listens to what your concerns are. Never dismisses them as not being valid, and doesn't guess at what is wrong. If there is ever any question, all tests are ordered, and referrals to specialist are made as needed. I would most definitely recommend his services.
