We hired Jacob to put down pavers and he and his crew did a wonderful job. From the initial communication he kept in touch with us regarding timetables and always kept his word and showed up on time. We are pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him.
Jacob is a poor communicator and has left us with a half completed yard project. We signed a contract with him before Thanksgiving on a project that was supposed to get his "complete attention" and be complete in 3 days , however through multiple excuses and no shows he is now ignoring us. He completed half the work he was hired to do. We wanted to help him grow his company he was trying to establish and believed in his word which he failed to deliver. We would not recommend hiring Jacob (JBS Lawn Services) to do your work.
