I called to get an estimated price to replace the heating element in our dryer. Now what he did not know is I had already priced the part and looked into replacing it myself. I get a call back stating the part alone was over $150. Now I found the part for under $50 new. I told him that and told him I would get back with him. Do not hesitate to hire these folks.. super honest and extremely knowledgeable about all appliances. Did not get the news I wanted about my refrigerator but they helped me out so much!

JB's appliance did a fantastic job. My microwave was purchased from Lowe's and installed from one of their installers and he mangled the install, little did I know until the door sensors stopped functioning. My husband is barely able to get it out and I delivered it to them and then they fixed it and delivered and installed it for us since we're elderly and disabled. I will rely on them anytime and appliance needs repair! And I highly recommend them. Thank you

Exceptional business, professional and dependable! Owner and daughter are very professional and went out of their way! When the owner delivered our refrigerator and was very concerned to help my husband who isn’t in the best health to remove some doors and unscrew our desk.
