My husband, Robert, died in Dr. Hall's chair having full upper and lower implants at age 80. He was suffering from atrial fibrillation and congestive heart failure . He was told to stop his Xarelto on 5/2/22 and suffered the fatal procedure on 5/6/22. Dr. Hall incentivized expensive cosmetic procedures with a fee schedule the patient would receive on the first visit. I, too, received the "schedule," but only had routine cleanings.
