Recently bought out by national company, calling center in Arizona. The local touch is gone to a monopoly. Rates went up three-fold. But... it might be the only game available now.
They are there for their customers needs. Have not been in for a few years due to all the online options but they remembered me when I came in to do a few changes. This is truly what it means to do business locally--Thank you, JBR Insurance. UPDATED: they were bought out as of sept 9th 2022. They were bought out by an online company with no store front. When we tried to get in contact there are no call in appointments open for over a month.
