I love the classes; there's always a different routine. The coaches are always attentive and willing to help. The schedules are super convenient and fit everyone's needs. Everyone who trains there is very friendly and helpful. I'm truly delighted to have found this place to train.

Everything JBo fitness has to offer, is above anything you could hope for in a gym. It’s more than a gym. It’s a family. The coaches are all amazing, encouraging, and push you to be the best version of yourself not just physically , but mentally as well! It’s a lot of HIIT training which I love. I started going to this gym a few months ago. I’ve participated in a Spartan race with them, something I never even considered. Everyone was so encouraging and supportive of one another. If you want results and you’re coachable, this is the place to be. Jbo Fitness offers a positive, yet challenging atmosphere that pushes you while still making you feel like part of a community. No matter your fitness level, there’s a place for you here. My wife and I really enjoy Jbo because even with our full schedules, we can show up to a focused 30–40 minute class and get a serious workout in. The coaches bring great energy, the programming is intentional, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend!
