Well what a difference it makes working with people who have pride in their job. I put in a warranty claim to the house builder yesterday, who in turn passed it on to JBL class. 7.30 this morning I got a call from Katie from JBL asking me if someone would be home this morning. She said young Brett would attend between 9.30 and 11.30. At 10.45 young Brett arrived. Happy to solve my problem. JBL you guys are fantastic. Love ya work.
Knowledgeable, friendly service and they had the part I needed. Gave good tips on installation. Young woman at the counter was informed and helpful.
JBL Glass installed our shower enclosure. They came to the house and measured and quoted. They explained the issues and process to us. On installation day, they were quick, neat and tidy and professional. The job was completed to a high standard. We would highly recommend them.
