I needed a small 5" x 7" piece of glass cut and was at home depot but they stated they did not cut any glass it is always premade products. I also stopped at harbor freight, they gave me the same reply. I remembered Jocelyne and Abraham at JBL Glass and Mirror where I had special glass cuts done and they handled it all. Being a small business is my type of thinking and where I would go and expect the type of work I needed. They have always done the best work for me. Thank you both so much.

Not knowing about glass prices I ask for a quote and I got a estimated price right away, but upon checking other stores for the same item, the price turned out to be more then double the local market price. No thank you. The lady did make me feel like she appreciated me as a customer so i feel betrayed.
