I’ve lived at a property managed and owned by JBJ for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive whenever I need anything. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the property is always clean, and I’ve consistently been treated with dignity and respect. Drivers are absolutely careless and not paying attention to driving cause their on their phones. Sat at a green light until it turned red cause the driver was kn the phone while cars are honking.

Our family was under contract to purchase a lot in a JBJ Companies development when we experienced a very unexpected setback just two days prior to closing. Scott and Cindy could not have been more gracious in working with us on a solution. They communicated with warmth and timeliness throughout the process.
