I'm disappointed in my interactions with C&O and will be avoiding them in the future. I had an appointment for a cleaning, and no one showed up. When I called the office, I was told someone would be reaching back out to me to plan a visit later that day. This never happened. Subsequent calls to the office just rang and rang. Then I was contacted at 7pm (10 hours after my appointment time) asking to reschedule for the following day, with no apology or adequate explanation.
