Thorough and detailed mechanic, by far the best I have dealt with. Joel is honest and reliable and has been servicing my vehicles for 10 years.
Awful experience with JBH. Woeful and misleading communication that cost me both time and money. Kept my vehicle on site for 3.5 hours without doing a single thing to it. Simply called with half baked excuses and told me to collect my vehicle. Overlooked three other shops who could do the work to give Joel a shot - what a mistake.
