I had a wonderful experience with José at my apartment at 220 Twentieth Street in Arlington. He was courteous, fast, and friendly with my air conditioning maintenance issue. Wonderful service.
GREEDY JBG Smith is now charging for parking after 4p and on weekends. Went to Ruth's Chris at 8p tonight and paid for parking without prior warning. I was just here a week and a half ago and no sign. Guess my crew and I won't be patronizing these businesses any longer. And as I was leaving, Arlington PD was trying to enter while running code. Place is rapidly turning to crap.
JBG Smith is responsible for destroying community space in Crystal City and making the neighborhood unaffordable. Meanwhile, they are sitting on large plots of empty space in Crystal City. They aren't developing the space and are blocking others from using it.
This is a shoutout to Degraph (that might be a misspelling) from the Security/Ops Office who helped me when I lost my belongings in the gym. He was very helpful even when it turned out I was the problem. 🤦♀️
