These folks aren't in the 21st century nor are they very professional. I've been emailing them for months trying to get the word version of their contract, their estimate in excel and responses to texts. No one has responded to any of that. They seem to be pretty smart - but if you want anything administratvie on a professional level - you'll never get it. They only know how to do business in one way. If old school is your thing then i guess they will work for you.
