We had this company install a new water heater for us. It was the first time using this company. The experience was great from start to finish. The lady that set up the appointment was very pleasant and professional. The technicians that came out to install the water heater were knowledgeable and friendly. I like that I was sent a text with a picture of the person that was going to be coming to our home. We will be using this company for any future plumbing needs.
Highly recommend this company! The technicians (Tyler & Joshua) were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They didn’t try to upsell us or push unnecessary work, which we really appreciated. They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fully identified and handled correctly. Honest, professional, and thorough exactly what you want when dealing with home repairs. Will continue to use them in the future! And ALWAYS recommend them.
Despite it being a Friday and her plumbers' busy schedules, Kristy was extremely responsive and helpful in scheduling a plumber to repair a damaging water leak that flooded our spare bedroom. Tyler and Eli arrived late afternoon and weer able to stop the leak and repair the pipe in less than an hour. We've used JGB for many years and they've never disappointed us. They do top-notch work!

He did a great job, checked everything carefully, and now we finally have hot water again! Tyler communicated with us throughout the process and clearly explained every step. I also want to thank Kristy L. in the office — she was so kind and kept us updated on the schedule and timing. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend their service!
