We had an awesome experience and our house turned out really nice. We've been in the house for almost 2 years. We had a small part on our HVAC unit fail and they came out and fixed it next day. Otherwise, everything has been great.

Best advice I can give is run!!!! The whole experience was a disaster from day 1. First it was not finished when it was supposed to be, so that caused me to lose my interest and payments almost 400 more than they was supposed to be. The only reason I got in when I did was cause of my mortgage guy pushing to get me in. Had a leak that ruined my walls. When they came to fix it, they just wanted to put up new drywall and cover up the mold that was already in the wall. My yard was a swamp. They refused to fix it and said they do... read more

We purchased our home from JBG Builders in May of 2024. We visited the property weekly as it was being built. They laid dead sod on our property and also on bad soil filled with rocks. We had a inspection before closing and also questioned them about the sod. This was listed in all of the things that needed to be fixed. They have not fixed anything that was promised. The $900,000 underconstruction home on Skyline in Shannondale has a main foundation corner 'stabilized' with disheveled bricks. I contracted from their now bankrupt "Hampton Homes" and had to change the floor plan to include a basement, stairs and subterrain garage after ground breaking; Also have had to repair several structural issues including: freezing pipes, lack of plywood casing and insulation around fireplace, lack of plywood in attic, septic tank had to be dug up one month after move-in, no screens on patio doors, s... read more
