We bought our home a year ago today and quite honestly has been nothing but frustration. We were completely lied to about the water situation. We had an awesome experience and our house turned out really nice. We've been in the house for almost 2 years. We had a small part on our HVAC unit fail and they came out and fixed it next day. Otherwise, everything has been great.
Best advice I can give is run!!!! The whole experience was a disaster from day 1. First it was not finished when it was supposed to be, so that caused me to lose my interest and payments almost 400 more than they was supposed to be. The only reason I got in when I did was cause of my mortgage guy pushing to get me in. Had a leak that ruined my walls. When they came to fix it, they just wanted to put up new drywall and cover up the mold that was already in the wall. My yard was a swamp. They refused to fix it and said they do... read more
