I cannot recommend Joseph enough! He is kind and thoughtful and puts his clients at ease immediately. I brought my brother to see Joseph about his alcoholism, and he is doing great. Joseph gave him anchors to help him through thoughts of drinking that have worked perfectly. To be a great therapist one needs to be 100% in sync with each client, and Joseph does that in spades.
I worked with Joseph during a busy period of school, and he was always supportive, kind, and completely nonjudgmental. He created a space where I felt comfortable being honest and reflective, and he was flexible with scheduling, which made a big difference as a student. I noticed meaningful improvement in the areas we focused on and appreciated his thoughtful approach.
I really appreciated and benefited from my sessions with Joseph. I came to him with sleep onset issues and he was very helpful in discussing them with me, suggesting techniques, and using hypnotherapy to alleviate my issues!
I have truly enjoyed and valued my sessions with Joseph and intend to keep them going. Joseph is very professional. He listens to your concerns and sincerely cares about your progress. I am currently seeing him about weight loss. His sessions have been extremely helpful on my weight loss mindset journey! Highly recommend!
