I really appreciated and benefited from my sessions with Joseph. I came to him with sleep onset issues and he was very helpful in discussing them with me, suggesting techniques, and using hypnotherapy to alleviate my issues!

Joe is just generally an all-around good therapist. I’ve seen many providers who struggle with understanding the perspective of their clients, but Joe is truly exceptional.
