I was looking for grading and excavation services for a couple of months before eventually reaching out to Jared. I'm sure glad I did! I called on a Friday. He showed up, reviewed the requirements, quoted me an hour later with a fair price, and started the next day. He just finished the job this Monday. One of the most reasonable contractors I’ve ever dealt with.
Jared’s passion for quality and attention to detail was exceptional in completing the restoration of our porch. He quoted a fair price and even when some issues developed , stood by his quote. If you are interested in quality workmanship, he’s your guy! Very happy with the result!
At risk of reiterating what others have said, Jared is simply a quality contractor to work with. He communicates extremely well, shows up when he says he will, performs stellar work, and follows up after the fact. It’s quite obvious he cares that the customer is happy with the work and does whatever is necessary to make that happen. We have a long gravel driveway which was beginning to wash out in the rain. Jared did an outstanding job regrading, digging drainage and applying crushed stone - he completely eliminated the problem, was very communicative, and did exactly what he promised at the price he quoted with a quick turnaround. Highly recommend!
One of the very best contractors I’ve had do work at my home. Came on time for the estimate and work. Everything was done in a timely manner. Not only did they run the drain pipe from my gutters to my back woods area, they also made the suggestion and hooked my sand filter up to the drain and set up an elbow which catches condensation from the pool heater.
