Excellent communication and knowledge of inventory. Recently purchased a 2017 Corvette from JBA Motors. The car was delivered with 3/4 tank of gas, 37% left on oil life, the car was dirty, AND there were three (3) holes in the right rear tire - it was flat when delivered. Very disappointed in the state of the automobile upon delivery. True this is not one of the $100K+ automobiles which they do sell, but our purchase was a lot of money for us!!
Moving is hard! Especially when it’s your first time. You hear all kinds of bad stories and people’s experiences however, I got so lucky. I reached out to JBA Motors to ship my car to another state and they were so amazing about it. Jake and the staff were on top of everything, quick, helpful and knowledgeable. JBA had the my needle in the haystack. A rare 1 of 400 2007 Lexus LX470 LE. Buying a car site unseen is *not* my style, but the guys were very easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. We settled on a priced and he shipped it from Mesa, AZ to DFW. It was perfect. Just like the pictures. No hidden stuff. I still have and love my 2007 LX470. oh...I bought from them in 2015 and I'm just now writing this review.
