My experience at JBA Kia was top notch. My appointment was for 1 o’clock, and they immediately checked me in on time. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and helpful. It was a great experience from start to finish.
Wanted to give a big praise to the the JBA service department for taking care of me. I had a catastrophic engine failure with low miles. My service advisor, Robert Sipes, guided me through the whole process for what I needed to provide to show that I have maintained the car. I was able to have my engine replaced under warranty and my car is running great! The service manager, Jeremy, was also very helpful during this process. I purchased a 2024 Kia from another dealer, however all my services have been completed at J.B.A. They have always been prompt and courteous with each. Absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.
Everyone is so professional and helpful.
Be aware: some service agent will charge extra without informing customers ahead of time. Some service items are skipped but with check marks. Hasty work on some items by some mechanics.
