Bryon S was helpful and saved the day for me after getting a flat.
The team was friendly and I was greeted upon arrival. I was seated in a nice lounge waiting room with coffee/tea and water and enough space for me to work from my laptop. The service was less than 2 hours as expected and I was on my way. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
After being unsuccessful in finding the particular Infinity model, we were looking for closer to home. We took a trip out to Maryland and Charles was amazing. Sent us all the pictures of the vehicle that we wanted along with a video. He was waiting for us when we arrived, answered every question and took a lot of time to go over every feature the car had. No haggling all pricing was up front. If your thinking of an Infinity definitely go see Charles!!
