Bill's team got stain all over my finished walls I didn't notice a majority of it right away and paid in full ... so I reached out as I assumed this was an oversight ... spent months in an attempt for Bill to resolve and do the right thing. Never got back to me with a solution. I also question if they installed the way they said they would... floors scratch easily and it's already worn looking after a year in some spots.
