They delivered all the materials the wrong date which cost us significantly more to deal with, and they did nothing to make up for their mistake other than say sorry. Many of the shingles we ordered were damaged and unusable, which we could only find out by opening the packs. When we went to return them they told us they would not accept them because the packs were already open, but that’s how we found out the products were unusable.
