For years I’ve had JB Smith as my propane provider. They’re always friendly, responsive, and accurate. I definitely recommend to others.
Poor service and very aggressive towards customers and willing to call you every week about about payment and going to lock your tents and for over a little amount of money I request to go to a different company than JB Smith
Strongly advise anyone looking to change companies to look elsewhere as they cannot meet scheduled dates for installs. Was planning on switching to them because they are local and have a good price on their product. However they couldn’t meet the date scheduled a month ahead for new install and tell me that I cannot get the install done for another month! Terrible customer service, especially to a new customer! Now I’m running out of propane in the middle winter, and looking for a new propane supplier!
Poor customer service since the company changed owners. Been having issues with regulator freezing. Original notified JB around Christmas. It’s about a month later. After multiple calls and 2 visits to the office. Still nothing
