I called and asked for a price on a carburetor rebuild on four different machines and all he did was rush me and try to convince me that he has to do all this other work to my machines. I don't need all the other work done to these machines, I know exactly what's wrong with it And I asked them for a price, but he didn't like that and he hung up on me. This guy wanted to do all this extra Stuff to these machines and I don't want him to, but since he didn't get his way, he threw a fit

I have been buying tools from JB Tools since 2019-ish. They have competitive pricing. I primarily buy automotive tools and some general hand tools. The clearance section is something that I monitor on a regular basis,40-60% is a great thing. Usually get tools within 10 days business days. I am actually about to place an order. They added some new new things I would like to buy.
I have visited JB shop several times since 1985 and rach time i was sold the right stuff with great customer service. I admire the gentleman at the counter with characteristic good old American ethics and knowhow.
