Buyer Beware!!!!! Morris (AKA Jose Miranda?) repaired cracked shingles on our house because we were selling it and the buyer requested they be fixed. We paid him $450 cash. Morris made the "repairs" while we were not home. We came home to a horrific scene. The roof look patched and absolutely terrible! Our home buyer's step father, an insurance agent, came out and determined our house was now uninsurable. We lost the sale and have now relisted our house.
