Blatant lies! initially they will do anything to help you so that they get you on the hook, but as soon as you've made a purchase you mean nothing to them and their quality of service disappears entirely! The people in the store are helpful, no complaints there however the service when sending rings to be fixed sucks. I have had nothing but problems since I got my ring in August. I lost my diamond in early October and didn't get it back until right before Christmas, when they gave me a promised date of 3 weeks, I literally had to call the customer service and beg for my ring back. after giving me every excuse in the book of why the promised date had pushed back several times, they finally told me they hadn't started it yet, b... read more
The worst experience ever!!! Was talked to very rudely,hung up on. I kept calling because my ring had a promise date and never came still not here I have not gotten any answers ,I was not rude. JB at great northern was so much better and had awesome people working there. I will never buy from JB ever again.
I sincerely want to thank Don and the other young gentleman who works there (I'm so sorry I cannot remember your name) for the exceptional service! These guys were able to do something that the 5 other jewlers I went to were not! My engagement ring was a retired style, so when it came time to find the wedding band, that was also retired and not sold anymore.
