Great place to live 55+ community
My wife and I bought our home in 2019. Took 5 month to build. All I can say is DR Horton builds them fast, with that in mind Quality is not 100%. Just to keep new Byers aware. Windows May leak, ours was it took 4 month to get a new window. Cabinets are not leveled. And the one that everyone should be concerned is AC Ductwork is crappy. I found out a little late after warranty is over. Ductwork is leaking. One Stop AC who installed is out of business. All I say is BEWARE. These are a few pic.
