More expensive than anyone else in the area but the biggest complaint is rude customer service. They need to say "thank you" after taking your money for starters.
Jb mulch is a joke. I ordered a load of compost and they scheduled the delivery. I called and confirmed they had my delivery in stock at the time I ordered. We scheduled a drop time (which was like 4 days in the future which was their fastest, every other company is next day.) The day of delivery I received no call by noon and so I call. The guy said oh sorry, we ran out of the compost. We can reschedule delivery. So I ended up waiting 4 days to not receive a delivery. We order mulch, topsoil, gravel, etc. at least once a year. The products are always exactly what we ask for and are delivered on time every time. The sales staff and drivers are helpful and courteous.
We ordered Saturday and were told it would be delivered within the hour. We waited all day and no mulch or a call. We called back this morning thinking we'd have first thing. We canceled @ noon. We had people here to help Saturday and today my husband took off work thinking it would be delivered. Don't waste your time or your money, apparently they don't need it. Unbelievable. Thanks for nothing.
