I’m not sure how they have a single good review. They have no idea how to run a business or communicate. They came out and we paid them a down payment we bought materials for the job and ultimately have stopped communicating with us all together to start on the job. Unfortunately we are going to have to take legal action as there is they will not answer emails or phone calls to get this job done. I’m not sure how they are in business still.
The only company that followed through with their word from start to finish which is rare to find in today's world. He answered any and all questions I had and kept me informed daily on the progression of the job. We had an 18×20 attached pavillion added to our back patio that we couldn't use as much as we wanted to because there are no trees to provide any shade from the direct sun or the rain when it came. JB Metal Roofing and Construction was paid but never completed our project. The project started well but communication became increasingly difficult and timelines got way off track. Ultimately Blake stopped communicating altogether. Blake picked up but never delivered our Home Depot orders. We’re out money on the project and materials he told us we needed. I highly recommend this company to anybody! John and his crew were amazing. Hard workers and professional.
I'm not sure if it's just the world today or if people just don't have the time or what but prior to finding this company I had a hard time finding a company that would do the job I wanted done. They would say they were going to work up a quote and never did or would just never respond to my inquiry at all. I'm glad they didn't because it forced me to find this company.
