Today, 9/11/25, the driver of this particular vehicle cut off myself and the driver in front of me when using the round about on Ceaser Chavez, they drove super fast trying to go straight in a right turn only lane, they almost hit the car in front of me. Super unsafe driving for a medical transport.
I had quite the experience on 12/8/24 I've been using ride to care for quite some time I get picked up mon-fri to go to coda and I've never had any problems with any of the companies drivers but all that changed on monday Everytime she switched lanes she never once used her rear view mirror about 4 different drivers honked at us. She really should not have others lives in her hands. I honestly was terrified Not sure what screening process is when they hire drivers but it failed on that driver.
