I recently rented an apartment from JB Mac, specifically Leo. They were very helpful, fast and efficient: we viewed the apartment at 1:30 and had a signed lease a few hours later!
Truly the worst brokers we’ve worked with. The stereotypical lazy brokers that lack any kind of deep thought. They took a sloppy video of the 10 Wyckoff and didn’t even cover up their background talk saying how videos don’t matter and they “won’t have to put much work in to rent this thing”. They were bad at communicating and constantly complained about how much work they had to do, even though all they did was take a video and hold 1 one-open house.
