Excellent, timely and pleasant Airport transportation. Easy to make adjustments when flight cancellations or delays caused delays in returning to Boston.
My wife and I used JB Livery for our most recent trip to and from Logan Airport. The driver showed up in front of our home at the scheduled time, assisted with the luggage and made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle. Additionally, the driver offered us water and confirmed that we had our travel documents prior to leaving for the airport. We felt very safe on the ride to the airport as the driver was cautious. Our day with JB Livery was terrific. The driver was courteous and professional throughout the day taking us to multiple locations. I was also quite impressed with the ease of scheduling and the care from the office personnel.
We’ve used JB Livery several times for family airport drop-offs and pickups, and every experience has been seamless. I also booked a group brewery tour through them, which was absolutely fantastic. Their communication is always clear, the drivers are professional, and the pricing is very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
