made contact with Jeff 3 weeks ago and he came by to see the work we needed done. Agreed to e mail me an estimate and that's the last I heard from him. Texted twice and called 3 times (voicemail full) - all I wanted was to find out if he was going to do the job or not. Never made any kind of contact. Not the way you want to run a business - so got someone else to come and give estimate yesterday and is starting tomorrow.
