Jake was very professional, helpful, and quick to get the job done. We had 2 other quotes before him for our rangehood installation, but were left confused about whether or not it would be possible. Jake responded to our texts, came down the same day, took measurements, said everything would be good to go, and did the installation within the week. Our kitchen that was installed in December 2020 is now falling apart. The owner of the company told me it was not his problem and for me to speak to HIS supplier regarding the issue as it does not fall under his warranty. Completely unacceptable as we were his client NOT his suppliers client and he should be taking it up with them and fighting for us, HIS client who paid him good money. There was a verbal agreement that he would repair one aspect but he has not delivered his word and we are still waiting months later. It wou... read more

Jake and his team did a great job with my cabinets, he prioritised my smaller job to be done quickly despite a busy time of year. Very easy to deal with and very good value.
