Dr.Jenkins and her staff are wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say - the staff were welcoming and made sure they had my referral, helped me with the welcome paperwork, and made sure I left PAIN FREE! They were even nice enough to explain some insurance caveats I was confused about. Dr. Jenkins was funny, friendly, and really took my pain seriously. My first appointment was in February 2025. When I completed the registration forms, I noticed that there was a fee of $150 to obtain medical records from other doctors. When I asked for a copy of the paperwork I completed, the person at the desk stated that they do not give copies. Once I saw the doctor, I was measured for insoles and was told that I would receive a call when they were ready for pickup. My next appointment was June 2025. I don't know what it is about our black owned practices but I have nothing good to say about JB Jenkins clinic. Me and 9 other patients had the same appointment time, how does that work? Right there I seen she believes in quantity over quality. So after 2 and a half hours of sitting in the waiting area I was called to the back. The room I put in was filthy the garbage was running over the floor looks like it hadn't seen a mop in months oh and the ceilings had mold from water damage.
