gretchen & kriste in the nursery are very knowledgeable and friendly, gretchen makes even difficult transactions a breeze. shopping experience is always easy and enjoyable, the crew is very professional and helpful. super easy to submit an order through the website, they get everything pulled and ready to pick up! large variety of plants and trees in stock, and free candy in the office :)
I had a great experience with JB instsnt lawn. Some of the roles of sod that were sent were not in the best shape. JB stood behind their product and credited me with the amount of money I had to pay to buy extra roles. Great that a company will stand behind their product. Jeff Weible, North Kitsap High School.
