I witnessed a male operating a red J&B Installations company truck in a very unsafe and aggressive manner. He cut off several vehicles behind me, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic on rain slicked roadways to come up behind me and tailgate me while flashing his headlights. Apparently driving 10 mph over the speed limit was not fast enough for him and he must have had an emergency roof to install.
