They were supposed to come pickup a Peloton that I had rented. They gave me a window between 8:00 and 12:00. I am still waiting and it’s past 12:45. When I try to contact them, I am put on hold and then eventually it says they will place me in line and then it hangs up. I’ve tried 3 different numbers from their website and the same happens every time. I contacted Peloton who immediately reached out. I don't know why the ratings are low. My unloading went very quickly. Immediately upon arrival I received the doors and unloading began. Unloaded in 20 minutes
I do not recommend working for this company through GIFTED VISIONS they will steal your last pay check if you quit
