Poor costumer service, I took my wedding ring set to put a few stones and fix them. When I got them back the rings had glue all over the stones, I told the lady who gave them to me and her answer was "thats glue, we cant fix it just dont pay" she got upset and started arguing with the employees about it and said to me "do you want me to take the stones then?". VERY NICE FAMILY OWNED STORE!! Everyone who works here is so helpful and very invested in their customers, not only the experience but also their happiness with any purchase they make. They also give the ABSOLUTE BEST prices for your unwanted jewelry. You DO NOT have to worry about getting played for your money... They always give the most they can and show you to prove it!!
