For my bathroom remodeling I had to reinstall the mirror (71X42) but cut off 5 inches. Jeff was very forthcoming to do it for a very low price (in fairness, I gave them twice as much) which he could have easily up charged since I was in the middle of the project....Brought in my mirror and Francis with her tech took care of it while I waited and out in 15mins.
