Honest & did excellent work. I am very happy with the repairs. Just need to follow up with customer to give updates on when the car will be ready. My car was not ready as promised due to them starting the repair work late and not calling to inform me. My car sat in their shop for a couple of days before they started the repair work. I had to call to get updates.

I've been going to JB Auto for years, but this latest experience proved without a doubt that they're no longer a shop you can trust—they’re just in it for the money now. I needed my A/C compressor replaced on my vehicle. JB Auto quoted me a whopping $2,700 for the job—$1,500 in labor alone for a job that takes no more than 4 hours. Absolutely insane. I don’t recommend JB! My car didn’t pass emissions with the guy next door, and I left it here at JB’s for 4 days while I was out of town… I said ‘please do what you can to make it pass emissions.’ I got a call from the rep, and after she tried to politely UPSELL me on everything, I told her ‘please just do the minimum to get it to pass the emissions….. Do not recommend at all i paid $1200 to this company just for my car to break down to the same exact reason why i brought it to the shop business is a scam do not go here.
