I don’t recommend JB! My car didn’t pass emissions with the guy next door, and I left it here at JB’s for 4 days while I was out of town… I said ‘please do what you can to make it pass emissions.’ I got a call from the rep, and after she tried to politely UPSELL me on everything, I told her ‘please just do the minimum to get it to pass the emissions….. Juan bueno isn’t worth it. Make sure you get everything on paper before they start. They give you a code for what needs to be fixed and replace something else that isn’t the issue. They give you a quote for something and don’t abide it. How do you put two service together and when you get one done and STILL HAVE TO WAIT for them to call you back with availability you have to fully pay for another service, when you had already agreed on one whole price for both services. Terrible. This place is a rip off and is extremely overpriced. At first they seem courteous and professional. I came here for a repair because they said they could look at it the same day. My car was towed here. We already knew what the problem was and told them. A young lady comes out and gets my information and says oh we can’t look at it until next week. Red flag number 1! She took my name and phone number and we left. She calls on Monday and says the repairs are 4 hours of labor with a total of 809.00. This time for labo... read more

This place is so amazing I really really love them, great customer service, so professionally at the desk she's a sweetheart and the Mechanic's are amazing at what they do and they work with you on the payment very reasonable and fare prices you can't beat that thanks Jb Auto repair you guys are awesome

He said my car was missing off his lot for more than 2 weeks, yet he did not report it to the police. when tthe please got involved all the sudden the car reappears. He claim he had no known whereabouts of the car or how is that it was removed from off of his lot.. something wasn't right .. an honest mechanic will report the car stolen as soon as he realized it was gone and callhis customer he didn't do night at or be careful leaving your Car there.
