I recently went to JB Family Jewelers to see if they could help remove a few links from a diamond tennis bracelet my mother had given to me. The entire staff was lovely, so gracious and extremely helpful. Not only did they fix the bracelet on the spot, they were very creative with suggestions on what I could do with the 5 extra diamonds - showing examples of different options. First, I just want to say how nice everyone is. No hard sell, and explained all the work they would do (resizing 2 rings), itemized the cost, and credited me for the gold cut off. And they did the work in record time. If I am ever in the market for new jewelry, this is where I will shop.

Five stars all the way. This truly is a "gem" of a jewelry store. Friendly, efficient, honest. Repairs and cleaning are always top notch and very reasonably priced. It is a family-owned business And my experience is that they treat you like family.!
