Great townhome, no issues with owners.
I viewed a property a week ago, paid app fee and have yet to hear back from property manager. I have called and left several voicemails and even followed up via text message. The property manager advised me on 05-08-2020 after obtaining my app fee that the process would take a few hours. Here we are a week later and I have yet to know the status of the application. Very unprofessional. I am in the process of filing a complaint as I believe I’ve been discriminated against for several reasons.
