THE SHIT! Bought a stereo for my street glide, installed it... Didn't work. My 1st thought was " here we go" called and left a message( it was Saturday) bright and early Monday Jake called me... That was awesome! Told him I was having trouble with the stereo, sent me a new one no questions asked, even paid for shipping. Installed new one... Same thing... Nothing! Called Jake. Excellent customer service, fast shipping on parts!
Jim lives the Bikers Code. He installed a rear tire for me at a very reasonable price on my metric cruiser. He also fixed my shifter after another mechanic failed to properly do so. Jim also fixed something I didn't even ask him to free of charge. He proved himself through his actions. I highly recommend him.
Jim has vast knowledge of Harley Davidson motorcycles. Able to fix even the most difficult of problems. Jim and his staff come highly recommended!!
Jim has been working on my bikes for over 20 years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I'm 3 hours away now and still travel that far for an honest wrench. J&B Cycles the best service you could ask for!!!
