Company was scheduled through Lowe’s to install a set of French doors just after thanksgiving 2023. Brom builders came and measured the door for Lowe’s and install was scheduled for January 8th 2024. Just before Christmas Brom builders tried to reschedule the appointment in order to take another job per Drew from brom builders. I said no we could not reschedule because my wife had already requested that day to work from home and would be difficult to reschedule to which Drew said no problem he would work it out.
