I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH J&B AUTOMOTIVE THIS MORNING. AS I TYPE THIS, I AM FEELLING A RENEWED FAITH IN THE OLD SCHOOL WAYS OF RESPECT AND TRUST. I HAD REQUESTED TWO ITEMS TO BE CHECKED OUT AND REPAIRED. I WANTED TO STAY WHILE THE WORK WAS DONE, AND HEIDI TOLD ME TO GET IN THE CAR AND SHE WOULD RUN ME TO A COFFEE SHOP TO WAIT. The best kept secret in the Treasure Valley. I personally refer to them as the Car Whisperer. Everyone there is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. No worries about being up charged like other repair facilities. Not only do the fix what is wrong, but they give you a heads up on what, if any, other issues they see. I won't go anywhere else.
We’ve been going to J&B Automotive for years now. They do excellent work and have helped us with all kinds of car issues. Very friendly and nice staff!!
